    Bring the refined and exquisite patisserie of Paris into your own home. This class will allow you to recreate Mont Blanc, Mille Feuille, Macarons and Madeleines in easy to follow steps . Lunch will be "Under the Mango Tree" with local ingredients given an elegant, French approach.

    Join a small group at home with Nadine in the hinterland of Byron Bay and demystify the art of French Patisserie. We will start with freshly made Madeleines, move on to Milles Feuilles with a Matcha scented crême. We'll pause for a light lunch, eaten under the mango tree and resume with Mont Blanc
