Join a small group at home with Nadine in the hinterland of Byron Bay and demystify the art of French Patisserie. We will start with freshly made Madeleines, move on to Milles Feuilles with a Matcha scented crême. We'll pause for a light lunch, eaten under the mango tree and resume with Mont Blanc

About the Event

We will make madeleines and macarons, milles feuilles and mont blanc. Aliteration purely accidental. We will eat lunch under the mango tree. And we will also make exquisite chocolate entremets and petits gateaux to take home. $185 for the day.
